Profile Widget

I have flickr account for quite a few years and I always dream that some day my photos would be selected for Explore, where the 500 most interesting photos are selected among all the uploads each day.

I did not know any of my photos are selected until recently I found the Profile Widget which can count it. I am so happy when I see that 3 of my photos are really interesting enough to get into Explore.

Reflection

Reflection

I never know what is the use of manual focus until recently. I always thought that since auto focus is so quick and easy, and wonder why people still have to waste time doing it manually.

I discovered the greatness of manual focus when I attended a business event. I saw the reflection of the candelier on the dinner table. It looked interesting so I wanted to capture the image. Very soon I realised that it cannot be done with auto focus, so I have to switch to manual focus. The result is amazing, the image is better than what I saw throught my eyes. I am so happy that I have found a new way to take photos :D
