Beef Steamboat Overdose
This winter now and steamboat is popular choice to eat out. In China, it usually has 2 types of soup, the left one is super spicy, right is the normal stock with some herb. The usual ingredient is mutton, slice of lamb. But as I cannot stand the taste of lamb, I ordered beef (see photo below).
The portion is enough for 4 persons but I had it for myself. (You can see the size of the plate by comparing it the glass of orange juice behind) I ate nothing else except that plate of beef for the whole dinner, and for the following week, I could not eat anymore meat...
