I really hate my brandband provider. It bundles many so-called free-to-try services together with the subscription. They will all expires after 1-3 months and I need to ask call in to discontinue the services one-by-one. It's really troublesome as everyone knows the hotlines are always jammed. And guess what? After I thought I have get rid of all the "value-added" services, I find new items being charged on my latest bill ~! The provider adds new one month free-to-try service to my subscription automatically without my knowledge and I am charged for the subsequent month for something that I never use!
