Sleeping & Dreaming
Today, I had a strange dream. I was lying on the bed and I dreamed that I was sleeping. How I know that? I heard noise from TV which I did not switch on. When I increase my awareness, the noise of the TV faded, but when I relax, the noise got louder. I opened my eyes and I found myself in the same room, but I know that I was dreaming. I got up from the bed and walk to the toilet. Now I really confirmed that I was dreaming as the toilet I was in was different from the actual one. I found it hard to maintain my awareness (that I know I am dreaming), and once when I lost the concentration, I really fell asleep.Labels: dreaming
