The difference between the employees of HSBC and BOC

Two banks have built their regional operation centers near my home. The train station has exits to each of the buildings. I oberserve something very interesting in the work culture of the two banks.

At around 8:50am, employees of BOC start running out of the exit on the left towards the bank's built, while HSBC employees are still walking towards the exit on the right.

After 9am, you would no longer see any BOC employee walking out of the train station, but still there are plenty of HSBC employees, still walking (nobody runs).
