Bakuteh
I bot a bakuteh pack months ago, but didn't really have the drive to cook bakuteh. Today, I finally make an effort to cook it. Bot 1 kg of pork ribs from the meat shop in the afternoon, start cooking the soup, chop the ribs into small pieces, throw them all into the soup and cook for 1 hour. Done ! But 1 kg of ribs... I can't fnish it alone. Nvm, carry the whole pot to my friend's place. Good food tastes best when it's shared among friends :)
